Individual Restaurant Portfolio Project
This is a four part portfolio project. in this project your students will create a theme / concept for a food service establishment, write a descriptive essay describing their establishment, Develop a menu for their establishment, cost out the menu and create menu prices based on desired margins, develop standardized recipes and food costs for menu items and portions, Create a final portfolio package that is the starting point for a business plan.
