This Smartboard Notebook file on characterization can be used independently or as a companion exercise with the Journeys, fifth grade selection "Don Quixote and the Windmills", Lesson 4.20 (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, 2012). The exercise is original text based on the perspective of Sancho. The product is also available as a Word Docx file. All of my Journeys materials are also available at a cost savings in unit bundles.
