This is a helpful visual resource to give to ESL students to help them gain confidence to participate in the Number Talk routines during math class. The first page provides sentence starters/frames to use during a Number Talk grouped by category with a visual cue to help. The second page consists of key vocabulary words they may use during a Number Talk. This resource will also be helpful to younger children or SWD who need an extra layer of scaffolding.
