Paper Chain
This is a GREAT STEM/STEAM challenge for any age! I created this resource to use with our opening STEM unit of first grade. Students are put into groups/pairs and are challenged to design the longest paper chain using only one piece of paper. Students then use this resource to document their work. It allows students to work on team building and use math skills.
