Proportions Solving Blank Template Cross Multiplication Set Up and Solve
Use this template to help students set up and solve proportions using cross multiplication and variables. They can practice setting the units and ratios equal to each other and naming it a proportion. They can use a variable for the unknown. There is also a space for them to write and solve the equation after cross multiplication, or using cross products. Math Justification and Evaluation Template
I found this form very useful for adding a higher level of thinking for math. I had students solve a problem using two strategies. I had them justify their answers then gave the paper to another student to evaluate. I really saw students grow in just a few months and show learning! Our district has SLO's (student learning objectives) and I used this as evidence of growth with the district rubric.
