Vocabulary Station for Word Parts
An independent station of five activities for working with pre-fixes, roots, or suffixes. Could be done on multiple days throughout a week. Step 3 is used with our school's vocabulary workbook, but you could always substitute other worksheets, or remove that step and make the center only four steps.

MAP (NWEA) Quick Start Guide
I devised a quick start guide for new or seasoned teachers to set up and review data from NWEA MAP testing. This made our testing much smoother!

This guide gives teachers ideas and activities to use with their students in order to encourage students to routinely make connections to what they read. This is extremely important in expository and persuasive writing. This is geared toward writing expository essays for the STAAR test.

ACT TRACKER (HIGH/LOW--FAST/SLOW)
This is an ACT tracker that I created for my students on Publisher. I call it high/low--fast/slow. We practice two of each piece on the Reading portion of the test and do a "Quick Write" or "Power Write" in between each. This allows students to keep track of their scores and word count and at the end of the unit they can determine which pieces they do best on and what particular order they should do them in on the real ACT test. Show Me Tell Me Car Theory Questions
Great booklet I put together for my sister when practicing her driving test!
Show Me, Tell Me are the questions they will ask and the areas of the car that they ask before you start driving on your test. They ask two per test, you get one minor whether you get all wrong or just one.
Has every possible question in it and answers and areas of the car they will ask to see with answers.
