This resource is a Smart Notebook is a great an interactive way for students to practice creating patterns that are relevant for the whole year! In my classroom we incorporated this activity in our morning meeting/ Calendar time and one student a day got to create the pattern of the day. It's a fantastic way to spend 1 minute a day to create pattern experts.
