First Week Interviews- teaching writer's "voice"
This lesson is great for the first week of school! Paired students interview one another using the guided activity, and then they craft two paragraphs to be read out loud to the class as an official introduction of their classmate. Lesson includes a student example of an introduction using no voice and then one that employs a stronger voice that may be used while students are in the writing phase.
