This is a writing lesson that helps students use quotation marks. By using comic strips the students become very interested in the lesson. Art also becomes a factor for students who like to draw or even just doodle.Teachers can present this lesson using the Smart Board, (White Board),overheads, or the traditional chalkboard.Vocabulary is also an important part of the lesson.These words can be applied to a word wall.
