Elapsed Time: March Project
This project is perfect for bulletin boards! I had my students complete these 6 questions about elapsed time. Then, I printed coloring sheets of Leprechauns. I had the students choose their favorite word problem and attach it to their coloring! We hung nearly 40 of these on one bulletin board!This project is a great way to tie in rigorous math standards, with creative and hands on activities. This was my students favorite project of the year so far! I hope your room enjoys it as much as we have!

This is all about the green of March and spring. It goes into the grass, leaves and St. Patrick's Day. I use this poem as a March poem of the month for recitation by the students at the end of the month. It's easy to learn and great for oral language.

Tattle Patrol
My class was having major issues with tattling. Since it was St. Patrick's Day and the leprechauns were visiting other classrooms, I decided that maybe he would visit ours too. He brought the Tattle Patrol with him to help control our tattling problem. I placed several stuffed animals and a small box next to this sign.
