This guide allows students to see how the different vowel combinations are pronounced, as well as vowels with umlauts and the ß. Each color slide has a picture, the vowel combination, an example of a word and the phonetic pronunciation.
This is a display I use in November to commemorate the fall of the Berlin Wall. It provides details about the wall, pictures, and lists creative ways people escaped over the wall (source). Not included, but I created a "wall" out of construction paper as well as Brandenburger Tor and some of the ways people escaped, then added a piece of the wall as well.
