Manage your students while teaching them about Native American cultural groups. I divide my students into the 5 regions and at the end of the day one group gets an "icon" the group that has the most "icons" on Friday gets a reward. Lunar Phases Part 1
The lunar phases are typically hard for students to learn, mostly because they are really hard to visualize. Thus, I created a simulation using styrofoam balls stuck on pencils to help students see exactly why the moon "changes shape."
