My teaching style is a communicative approach. I use a multitude of activities to engage learners and build a love of learning a second language. I believe that using comprehensible input is the key to increasing language acquisition for our students. The materials I create use a variety of teaching methods and strategies to support students on their pathway to proficiency.

In college I studied at the Ciudad Universitaria in Madrid and traveled throughout Spain. After college I moved to Santiago, Chile and worked as an ESL teacher to adults and children for a year. These experiences shaped my life and and were invaluable to my journey as a teacher and global citizen. My passion today is working with teachers globally to connect our students and share experiences.
