I tier and differentiate instruction depending on the unit and emotional state of the student, as well as their current proficiency level. In the past I taught many students with auditory processing difficulties as well as visual impairment. I also have taught several ADD and ADHD students, so I am always trying to get these students up, moving and focused :)
