Educator of 20 years. I've had thousands of observation opportunities as a peer observer, providing teacher feedback from PPCD through High School. Having visited hundreds of classrooms, has given me enormous insight and opportunities to "borrow ideas" - after all, aren't the best ideas borrowed ideas?

I love the outdoors, drinking coffee on the terrace, growing a green thumb, feeding the birds, and most of all family time! Nothing is more sacred to me than family.
