TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I'm a literacy specialist and love to teach reading and writing! My classroom experience has been in PreK, K, 1st, and 2nd, in general education, bilingual, and dual language settings. I've also served as a reading interventionist, coach, and Director of Curriculum & Instruction. I've been leading professional development sessions for teachers since 2015.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Getting students engaged and invested in their own learning is one of my highest priorities as a teacher. I am an avid reader and writer, and I love to share my own enthusiasm for literacy with my students!
