TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've taught 2nd Grade for 9 years. This will be my first year teaching 1st Grade.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe learning should be fun, and I try to the best of my ability to make first grade a year my students will never forget!

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I received the Class Act Award during the 2011-2012 school year, the Golden Apple Award during the 2013-2014 school year, and was recognized as Teacher of the Year during 2014-2015.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Auburn University Montgomery in 2008. I received my Master's Degree in Gifted and Talented from the University of Alabama in 2014.
