Description
Designed to support children's social-emotional learning, these posters provide a visual and engaging tool to understand and regulate their emotions.
This resource includes four posters in blue, green, yellow, and red. Each color corresponds with a different emotional state and offers descriptions to help students identify their feelings and cope with them effectively to return to Green.
We recommend first introducing these different zones with a SEL lesson/discussion on emotions and then referring to the posters throughout the year.
