    Included in this resource:

    • Teacher Tips (1-page)
    • Astrology Zodiac Cards* (7-pages; 14 cards)

*Included is an Astrology Zodiac Cover Card & Activities Card

    Teacher Tips:

You can use these cards any way that you wish. Below are some suggestions.

    • Station Work: Use these cards as a station when learning about mythology or astrology. Printing off the cards in color and cardstock is preferred. A cover card and a suggested activities card is included. Binding the cards together is an option for this as well.
    • Free Time: Have these cards available for students to use in their free time.
    • Group Work: Break your students up into groups (alike zodiac groups or mixed zodiac groups). Students can then do some of the suggested activities. Note: For this, you may need to print off extra sets of cards.
    • Individual Work: Determine which zodiac cards each student will need and then provide each student with the appropriate card. Have each student complete an activity (either your choice or their choice).

    Classroom Use:

Below are some activities your students can do with these cards. These are the same activities included in the resource.

    • Research a Constellation: Research the constellation that represents your astrological birthdate.
    • Synonyms of Words: Some of the characteristics described may be difficult for you to understand the meaning. Look up the meaning and then make a list of synonyms for the words that are difficult.
    • Horoscope: Write a horoscope based on your astrological birthdate and characteristics on the card. You may have to do a little research on what a horoscope sounds like.
    • Reflect: Read the characteristics on the card that represents you. Reflect on which part of the card you agree with and which part you disagree with.
    • Numbers and Colors: Take a look at the colors and numbers that represent your astrological birthdate. Are any of the numbers your favorite? What about the color(s)?
    • Best Matches: Find a classmate who is one of your card’s “Best Matches”. Would you agree that he/she is a “best match”?
