What educators are saying

The reflection area on the staff grading rubric was an excellent addition to my spread grading rubric as it helped me learn what the students think about their work and allowed me to see what they might need help with in the future. The coverage box is great for chronological yearbooks.

Description

I advise the largest chronological yearbook in my state. At 400+ pages, it's very important that we are organized, our pages are completed quickly, and my staff creates excellent spreads. I use this grading rubric the ensure that the spreads my staff submit for publication are nothing short of perfect.

The rubric covers writing, design, alignment, photography, quotes, coverage, tagging, and spelling. Additionally, there is space to not whether or not the spread was completed on time. The top part is for staff members to reflect on their work and what they may need help with in the future.

This download contains two versions: a printable PDF and an editable .Docx version, both without a watermark.
