This unit is designed to introduce yearbook students to journalism for yearbook. Lessons are collaborative and hands on. The goal is to get the yearbook staff comfortable talking to the student body as quickly as possible while still teaching the essential parts of journalism.

This unit pays particular attention to what makes a good story and how to ask good questions.
