Description
In order to increase their awareness of their own moods, students will fill in their daily moods for a month. Then, at the end of each month, students will chart their moods and answer reflection questions to learn more about their emotions. This can be used during a single month, or for the entire school year. It fits well into the motivation and emotion chapter of a psychology class and into social emotion learning curriculum.
Includes for each month of the year:
- Themed mood tracker with pre-filled emotions
