Writing a children's book (French project)

This project will help you guide students through the process of writing, illustrating, and recording a children’s book in French.

It includes a detailed description of the project, a four-tiered rubric, and a timeline to help keep your students on track. I have also included a sample timeline with the steps broken down for my students, and what I expect them to do each day in class and to follow up with for homework each night. You can use this timeline and tweak it so that it works for your students

Students love this project, and it really highlights for them what they can do in French! You can target specific vocabulary or verb tenses, or differentiate it for students based on their mastery levels.
