Description

Persuasive writing challenges students to consider an issue, find their voice, state an opinion, and support their position with details and evidence.

This package guides students through the process of writing a 5-paragraph persuasive essay. It includes a brainstorm/planning page, peer edit checklist, suggested marking rubric, and a student sample essay.

UPDATE: This includes both a printable PDF version and a digital version using Google Slides.
