Give your students suggestions for writing topics they will instantly have thoughts and opinions on!

INCLUDED IN THIS PURCHASE:

* 20 interesting writing ideas on task cards. (5 pages)

* Each prompt 4 times on one sheet, to print out for small groups to discuss or collaborate on. (20 pages)

* 20 slides for projection or printing, with one prompt on each. These could be bell ringers or morning work. These slides could be printed out in color and posted on your bulletin board or blog along with students' writing. "Before and After" using one of the tips might be interesting. (20 slides)

* All of the materials will look OK in black and white; there is also a separate file with the same topics in a less elaborate design, already in BW.

* Record sheet for students to check off as they complete prompts. Option for Group Work/Collaboration.

* EDITABLE assessment sheet for the teacher, with a simple rubric and space at the bottom for notes or instructions.
