What educators are saying

Fun resource to target conversation. I have utilized these in sessions and sent them home for extra practice!
Playing "Would You Rather" was a really fun and engaging way for my speech students to work on their targets. Each card has several words with the target in different positions, so it's an easy way to get data on a high number of trials, including spontaneous conversation.

These cards were designed to be used to promote both serious and silly discussion while working on carryover of /r/. The graphics were designed with older students in mind.

•Word lists for /r, r-blends, er, or, ar, ear, air, and ire/
•40 question cards for each type of R. That is a total of 320 questions!

Therapy Ideas:
•Use one set of cards for practice on one type of /r/ or mix the cards for a more difficult level of practice.
•For older students, draw a card and have each student answer and discuss the question.
•For younger students, these cards may be paired with a reinforcing game. Have each student draw and answer a card before taking a turn in the game.
