Words Their Way: Letter Name Alphabetic - NO PREP ACTIVITIES FOR EACH SORT

Aligns with 2nd + 3rd editions. Makes implementing WTW a breeze! Multiple no-prep activities for each sort include spelling practice, word sorting and vocabulary development!! This product came to be because I feel it's important for students to know how to spell/sort words correctly AND to know the meaning of words and how to use them correctly.

Each sort includes the following activities:

- word list

- cloze (fill-in-the-blank) sentences

- word sort

- missing letter

- unscramble

- ABC order

- making new words

- antonyms/synonyms

- word search (every other sort)

- additional activities (flip flops with word search)

I have also included how I incorporate Word Study in my classroom and additional activities students can complete during the week (without any more work or copies on your part)! Whoop whoop. :)

*This product actually starts at Sort 6 (2nd edition) and Sort 12 (3rd edition) because the prior sorts focus solely on identifying the sounds of each word and not the actual spelling of the words. (Most years I just skip these sorts and start with the actual spelling sorts.)
