NOTE: This resource uses American English and is not editable.

The first set will work well for younger students and those who are struggling because the multiple choice format makes it easier to eliminate choices to find the correct answer. The short answer format of the second set offers a greater challenge. The words in each set are different, so you can use both sets with the same students without duplicate content. However, the answers are the same, so you can use the same answer key for both sets. In addition to the two cards and answer key, there are also cover cards for each set, 4 challenge cards that will work with both sets, and two student response sheets (a half sheet for just the letter answers and a whole sheet for writing out each of the three words on the cards).
