Description
The 2018 documentary, Won't You Be My Neighbor?, focuses on the life and philosophy of Fred Rogers. The story focuses on his determination to let every child know that they matter and help people understand the importance of kindness. It looks at how he helped a world during troublesome times and struggles while also sharing a glimpse of his own struggles.
My worksheet contains 50 questions and an answer key has been provided for your convenience. The documentary is 94 minutes in length and is rated PG-13 for some thematic elements and language.
This would be a great resource in a child development class, life skills, last minute sub plans, or any course where one wants to teach kindness and tolerance. It is also a great resource to use for World Kindness Day. World Kindness Day is also called Mr. Rogers' Cardigan Day by some.
