    HOW TO USE THE POSTERS:

    • Don't teach about the same 5 figures every year; diversify the learning!
    • These women in history posters are perfect for a bulletin board or as classroom literature. All posters include REAL PICTURES!
    • Each landscape poster contains the date of birth/death - Students are often curious as to whether the person is still living, and this product is perfect for them to reference.
    • Each landscape poster also contains a short biography snippet

    HOW TO USE THE TASK CARDS:

    • The task cards are meant to be a culminating activity after all 47 women have been studied and discussed.
    • You may leave out the cards of women you might not have gotten a chance to discuss. It is meant to be very versatile.
    • First, print the task card set that fits the needs of your students. Print a recording page for each student.
    • Next, how you execute is your decision. You can hang them around the room for students to complete as a group, use during small groups, or display 1 card at a time on the SmartBoard for all students.
    • Then, because there are 45+ cards included, you likely won't get to complete them all in one setting. Set a timer and have students complete a certain amount each day.
    • Finally, use the accompanying answer key to allow students to check their work.
