What educators are saying

Amazing for test review! A little time consuming to add questions and answers, but so worth it! My students had a blast during test review and really got into it

Description

This game is a great way to put students in the hot seat and have them review material. This game includes 43 slides and follows the 14 question format to try to win the $1 million dollars.

Each question includes 3 slides

  • The first slide is the question students need to answer
  • The second slide is if the student answers the question correctly
  • The third slide is if the student answers incorrectly
    • The correct answer is highlighted in green and the incorrect answers are highlighted in red.

The Answers are linked to their corresponding slide. If a student answers correctly, to move to the next question, you need to click on the next dollar amount on the right side of the slide. As you answer and move up - the dollar amount is highlighted yellow with a yellow tab so you can see where you are in the game

Slides also incorporate audio similar to the game.

  • The first slide plays the welcome theme song
  • Each correct and wrong answer slides play their corresponding sound
  • The winning slide plays the winning theme song

The audio button will be hidden when presenting and the music plays automatically when the slide transitions. You can change the Format if needed by going to Format on the tool bar.

Help Features:

  • 50/50 - The teacher can give the students one correct answer and one wrong answer
  • Ask the audience - the class can be polled on what they think is the correct answer
  • Phone a friend - the student in the hot seat can ask one person to help them

The buttons physically don't do anything or go to another slide. It will be up the teacher how many times they may be used during the game and remembering what ones were used.

What Teachers Need to do:

  • Type out your questions where instructed. Copy and paste the same question onto the next two slides
  • Type out the correct and wrong answers. Copy and paste the answers onto the next two slides
    • Repeat for the next 13 questions

Note: Make sure to put the correct answer where instructed. The boxes are linked to their corresponding slide of answering correctly or incorrectly

This is a simple plug and chug format for anyone to use!
