Description

The purpose of this experiment is to determine which bubble gum brand has the most sugar/flavorings. You will find the density of each gum before chewing and again after chewing to determine and compare which bubble gum lost the most density (lost most of its sugar/flavorings).
Students practice metrics measurement finding mass, volume and density AND get to chew gum!
