When I Grow Up Job Research Project

I have created easy to use worksheets for primary students to start researching! Included in this file are pages for students to get researching different jobs/careers/community helpers. There is not a specific book list for the informational part of this packet. I checked out a bunch from my school library-which are pretty dated, but still useful.

I have also included a few extra reading response worksheets for story books: Officer Buckle and Gloria, Miss Malarkey Doesn't Live in Room 10, Doctor De Soto and Hey, Al! My focus for the week was personal connections, so I have pages designed for students to write their personal connections to each of those books, as well as a blank one to use for your own book.

There are also 4 different activities for Proper Nouns and a brief page explaining how I'll use the activities for the 5 days.

And, I also included the Essential Question Posters to match the skills addressed in this packet.

They are aligned to the first grade CCSSs.
