    Do your middle or high school math students struggle with their multiplication facts? This bundle includes two sets of cards that present multiplication as a puzzle: "What 2 numbers multiply to X that add to Y?" Students will be practicing their multiplication facts without it feeling like they are practicing.

    Included inside are 264 "What 2 Numbers?" cards covering multiplication facts 1-16. One set includes negative numbers while the other includes all positive numbers. Each card presents the multiplication as a puzzle so that students don't feel like they are practicing multiplication.

    The cards can be given to students as daily warm-ups, closers, partner challenges, or snuck into your curriculum wherever there's a little room. The cards can also be used to reinforce integer multiplication or factoring during your quadratics factoring unit. The problems are all presented as puzzles to solve, so students won't even know they're being given extra multiplication practice! Includes answer keys.

    What 2 Numbers? Digital Math Escape Room Activity

    Here's an engaging math escape room to review multiplication facts in the form of "What 2 Numbers?" puzzles. Each question presents multiplication as a puzzle so that students don't feel like they are practicing-- just solving puzzles!

    Students must unlock 5 locks by finding which 2 numbers multiply to X and add to Y. Questions are grouped 4 per puzzle, resulting in five 4-letter codes that will unlock all 5 locks. All puzzles include negative numbers.

    The entire activity is housed in one GOOGLE Form. There are no links to outside websites. The 4-letter codes are set with answer validation so that students cannot move to the next puzzle until they enter the correct code. Includes answer key.
