Description
Everybody loves “Mad Libs.” These quick activities can be used for fun with myths, science, social studies, and history lessons. There are four different activities for student to complete: Reading, vocabulary building, cooperative learning, and parts of speech.

OVERVIEW AND STRUCTURE:
Text Passages: The printable worksheets sets are included in the packet. Each set starts with a two page text passage.
Accuracy & Adaptation: Content had been designed to be age-appropriate for classroom use. Extreme care has been taken to ensure that "spicy" story lines and details have been adapted to create socially acceptable content.
Mad Libs: Finishes with two pages of Mad Libs. Each Mad Libs is designed to reinforce text passage using concepts, themes, myths, and characters.
Expansion Ideas: Packet is easily adaptable for a variety of uses. Embedded questions can be used for quick writing, thinking, or sharing. Text specific words can be used with any vocabulary building activity. Consider using with fast finishers or enrichment groups.
