Description

These doodle challenges were created to not only inspire art and creativity with kids, but to also work on word work and reading skills. Topics hit upon in this pack are: alphabet (beginning and ending letters), blends (starting blends), and digraphs (beginning and end of words). Please download the preview to see a full look at what you are getting.

Present each challenge to your kids and model your expectations. The students should be reading the doodle challenge and then in the corresponding box on the back of the sheet they should be doodling their answers. They can do one doodle a day or more than one, however they or you see fit! Each box is meant to hold one doodle. Another tip is to have your kids highlight or color in the boxes as they complete them. **Some packs have specialty challenges with varied directions. All directions are explained within each pack and on each challenge.

This doodle challenge combines all things art, creativity, and reading! Super fun for early finishers, indoor recess, morning work, fun time Friday, etc. I hope your kids have as much fun creating their doodles as I had putting these together!
