Tips:
► After you purchase, you will be prompted to make a copy of the document for yourself. After the terms of use page, there will be a page with 3 links to each of these documents. Simply make a copy for yourself and use that one as your "original". Then, make copies of that one each time you need to write a report.
► This report is written in such a way that avoids gender pronouns, making it even easier to personalize with the student's name and scores.
► When you are ready to personalize the report, simply go to the "Edit" menu and select "Find and Replace". Replace "pupil" with your student's name and select "Replace All". It will instantly populate the document with your student's name.
►Then, enter your student's scores and select the appropriate qualitative statement from my WISC-V Cheat Sheet that corresponds with each subtest area. Throughout the report template are numbered highlighted areas that correspond to specific numbered parts of the Cheat Sheet for ultimate ease.
