Description
A sound wall is a way to organize and display the different speech sounds (or phonemes) we hear. A sound wall is a place for students to reference when they are spelling and reading words. But UNLIKE a traditional A-Z word wall (where words are grouped by their beginning letter), words on a sound wall are grouped by their sounds.
This product is a vowel sound wall, also known as vowel valley.
This product includes
- Printable color and black and white images
- Printable sound cards of 2 different sizes
- A digital version of the sound wall- remove or add sounds from the sound wall throughout the year as you learn new phonics patterns. I've also added lips for students so they can practice their articulation placement!
- Long and short vowel sounds
