Vowel Town - End of the Year Phonics Project
Looking for an end of the year phonics project for your students to show what they know?
This pack includes all that you need to recreate one of my favorite end of the year projects for phonics. A Vowel Town is a town that your students build together and then use their letter knowledge (preferably vowel teams) to label all the parts of their town together as a class. This is the perfect companion with Social Studies units as well (communities and economics).
This set includes both black and white or color printing options. There is a template for the town or you can use green bulletin board paper or a poster printer if you school has these supplies available.
The pictures feature cut lines for younger learners and boxes to make labeling easier and reduce the additional supplies needed.
