Visual Schedule: Changing a Sanitary Napkin (Special Education/Autism)

Having a period can be a stressful and confusing experience for many students with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Assist your teenage students with their menstrual cycle with this visual schedule. A visual schedule will allow your student to clearly see the steps involved in changing a sanitary napkin/ pad, allowing them to be more independent with their own personal hygiene.

Two formats are included, the first is a whole page schedule that can be laminated and tacked to the bathroom wall. The second format includes individual visuals which can be cut, laminated, hole punched and then placed on a keying. This can then be discretely carried by the student in their pocket or bag and taken out when required. Use this product in the home or at school, perfect for teenagers with autism.
