First, attach linking chains to the numbered balloons for a fine motor counting activity. The balloons go from 1-20 to easily differentiate for all of your students.
Next, use the heart rulers to measure Valentine's Day objects from pink line to pink line for a non-standard measurement activity. Color in the length on the included recording sheet.
Or take it up a notch by first measuring the Valentine's Day objects, attaching the corresponding number of chains to its hand, and clipping on the numbered balloon that shows the length. There are so many math skills packed into this Valentine center!
