Mail someone a special one of a kind hug this Valentine's Day or any day of the year with this 30 page download of my Send a Hug! This unit also is packed with great measurement and graphing fun!

Your students will create life size Hug Spans and use a variety of tools to measure them with. They will watch a video on How to Make a Heart to add to their Hugs. They will graph their Hug Spans using a Line Plot and continue graphing and measuring with a bar graph, pictograph, pie chart and tally tables.

Read A Book of Hugs by Dave Ross and write all about your favorite hug. Create a classbook of hugs and a Facts and Hints About Hugging Response Sheet.

After the fun is done your class will mail off these life size hugs to special family members!
