Description
✐ This 10 questions (ALL MULTIPLE CHOICE - SELECT THAT ALL APPLY) product is a NO PREP & SELF GRADING 100% EDITABLE (Except for the images) activity that will assess students in understanding Continuous Domain & Range of Relations & Determining if a relation is a Function or Not.
Students will need to Identify the Domain & Range of Relations. Both the domain and range are of a "Continuous" format and is written using Interval Notations. Students would need to use the "Vertical Line Test" to determine if the relation is a function or not.
In this activity, students will work with these models:
☑ Work with 10 Graphs (Continuous)
The Domain and/or Range maybe one of these values:
☑ [a, b]
☑ (a, b]
☑ [a, b)
☑ (a, b)
☑ (-∞, b]
☑ (-∞, b)
☑ [a, ∞)
☑ (a, ∞)
☑ (-∞, ∞)
The Relation Maybe:
☑ A Function
☑ Not be a Function
Students should feel comfortable:
☑ Vertical Line Test
☑ How to find the Continuous "Domain"
☑ How to find the Continuous "Range"
PLEASE NOTE: As this quiz is editable, If you wish to only use this quiz for assessing functions, you are able to delete all of the choices corresponding to domain and range. Additionally, you are able to adjust the domain and range value to represent any options you wish to use.
I use this Google Form as:
☑ Recap
☑ Warm up (Entrance Ticket)
☑ Quiz ( Individual Practice)
☑ Exit Ticket
☑ Homework
☑ Center Activity (for differentiation)
☑ .... & as you wish
I used this Google Form as a quiz after teaching & assigning:
☑ FLASH LIGHT - Domain, Range, and Function Investigation & Games
