What educators are saying

Thank you for creating a resource that as a traveling teacher I can use to digitally store and create my lessons for easy travel! Very easy to use and quickly organizes my lessons so that there is less stress on keeping track of where I am at in a unit.
THANK YOU! I've tried to figure out how to digitize my First Steps lesson planning and this makes it SO easy. I can even edit it a bit to fit my own plans.

Description

Unit Planner for First Steps in Music: Infants and Toddlers

Bundle: Unit Planners for First Steps in Music (Infants/Toddlers and Preschool/Beyond)

Bundle: Unit Planners for First Steps (All Levels) and Conversational Solfege

Lesson planning is my least favorite part of being a teacher. I teach THIRTY classes across five different grade levels plus special education self-contained classes. In order to save myself effort in unit and lesson planning for my First Steps in Music Lessons, I created an excel file that auto creates a 12 lesson unit using the recommended number of repetitions from Dr. Feierabend. This file will automatically take the literature selection (process is outlined in First Steps in Music: Preschool and Beyond Teacher's Manual) and create 12 individual, ready to print lessons plans.

**If you do not have access to Excel, you may open this file in Google Drive/Google Sheets and it will work as well.

If you also teach Conversational Solfege, you can find my Conversational Solfege Automatic Unit Planner here, as well as gradebooks and writing supplements in my store.

Official materials and manuals are available GIA Music (www.giamusic.com) and the Feierabend Association for Music Education (https://www.feierabendmusic.org/ ).

!Attention!

Just by leaving a quick review/feedback, TeachersPayTeachers will give you credits for future products! I get to feel good when you say nice things about my work and you get free stuff, how great is that?!
