What educators are saying

I am so sad I did not find this until later in the year when we took our EOY. But I did send this home with their scores and plan to send it with the B.O.Y. next year.
My students enjoyed this resource. The lesson was very engaging. Thanks for creating such a great resource to use.

Description

This parent letter is a helpful tool to explain the different student reports after completing the NWEA MAP assessment. Explanations are given to break down both types of graphs; students compared to their peers, and students compared to their personal projected growth. This allows parents to see how their student is measuring up to their peers at a grade level expectation, as well as seeing if they are meeting their personal growth expectations.

*Updated 9/27/22 to include the Student Progress Report version of the parent letter, as the Student Growth Report is no longer accessible in many districts. Simply print which two of the four pages you need.
