Ugly Christmas Sweater Multiplication and Division Story Problem Art Project
included:
-prep instructions
-24 ugly sweater story problems- edited 12/11/2020 (font that is easier to read)
-sweater template
-sweater brainstorming sheet
-over 20 pages of original clip art that can be cut, used, and colored by students to create their sweater
-blank template for additional problems added 12/11/2020
Students are given a ugly sweater story problem card that involves either basic multiplication or basic division of the contents of their ugly sweater. Students write the equation for the story problem and then create the visual model of the story problem which is the contents of their ugly sweater. This project was a hit with my 3rd and 4th grade students.
