What educators are saying

This report was an excellent way to introduce informative essay writing. It was very organized and easy to follow for my students. It was also a great way for students to practice their researching skills.
This resource was a lifesaver for leading my students through their first major research writing project. I appreciated that it had a section for notes and writing draft. The organization made senes visually and helped my students along the way. I will use this again next year!

Description

This product aims to help students conduct a simple research project on a state with the end goal being to write a five-paragraph essay. Everything you need is included in this resource to guide students from conducting research to gathering and organizing facts to writing an outline and rough drafts to the final, produced copy. I have found that students write best when provided some level of scaffolding and chunking. This resource does this.
