The worksheet requires students to cut out pictures of the symbols and glue them next to the matching description.
The posters show a picture of each symbol, its name, and what it represents. The black and white version can be used as coloring sheets or to glue into your students' notebooks.
DIGITAL ACTIVITIES
This resource includes several digital activities in Easel:
- Assessment - This is a 10-question quiz that is self-grading. Students must identify pictures of the 5 symbols and must also answer a question about each one. Embedded audio allows students to hear the questions read aloud.
- Worksheets - The reading passages and comprehension questions have been prepared for use in Easel with answer boxes already inserted for students to type in.
These digital activities can be assigned to students to complete on any device.
