Two Step Word Problems Bundle of Practice Activities

This two-step word problems bundle is designed to teach students how to attack 2-step word problems in a way that will keep them engaged! The activities in this bundle focus on solving 2-step word problems using the four operations- addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. (CCSS 3.OA.D.8). The activities in this math bundle make solving multi-step word problems fun and easy! Students love the activities, while teachers love the convenience of these no-prep resources that can be used year after year! These activities can be used for test prep, review, or introduction. In all, 41 word problems are featured throughout this bundle.

The 5-step model consists of:

1. Read and visualize the problem.
2. Explain what you first need to determine.
3. Execute the operation needed to complete Step 2.
4. Explain what you need to determine next.
5. Execute the operation needed to complete Step 4.
