Description

This Google Slides Webquest is provides an opportunity for groups or individuals with a mini-research component, as well as excerpts from Walden, Self-Reliance, and poetry from Emily Dickinson and Walt Whitman. Also included is a creative writing final assessment project related to either Transcendentalism or American Romantic Poetry. Three expository writing prompts are also included with the poetry. This assignment is intended to engage students with challenging topics and literary works through research, literary analysis, and creative writing.
